Aerosol cans containing perfume, hair spray, or deodorant/antiperspirant are strictly prohibited on the BGMS campus. This policy has been put in place to prevent any potential harm that these items may cause to our students and staff.

Good morning 8th grade parents! This is an update about promotion ceremony practice including a corrected date. Practice will take place on Wednesday, June 7th immediately following lunch. Students will bus to and from the high school and return to BGMS by 2:30. Reminder, students must attend practice.

Update: Our scheduled softball game against Terrace Middle School has been canceled due to field conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to reschedule the game soon. Keep practicing and stay tuned for updates on future games!

This opportunity is only open to incoming 2023/24 6th Baechtel Grove Students.
We are thrilled to invite your child to our 6th Grade Cougar Welcome Camp! This five-day event will take place before the start of the school year, from August 7th to August 11th, from 8:15am to 12:15pm each day. Snacks and lunch will be provided for all students who attend.
At the Cougar Welcome Camp, your child will learn about the school's layout, expectations for being a Middle School student, and get to know some of the teachers and staff who will be supporting them throughout their middle school years. We have also planned various fun activities and games that we know your child will enjoy, and they will have the opportunity to meet and connect with other students who will also be starting their middle school journey.

Attention parents and guardians! Starting this Monday, it's time for CAASPP testing. To ensure a smooth testing experience for your student, please make sure they bring a fully charged chromebook and their charger.

On Friday, April 28th the BGMS PTO is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner and Movie Night. Dinner is $12 per plate and includes garlic bread, drink and salad. Puss in Boots: The Last Wish begins at 7:00pm. Bring a blanket and pillow. Popcorn and dessert are available after dinner. All proceeds go to student accounts.
